All Jake & Micah products are handmade. There will be slight variations from one item to another. That is the beauty and charm of buying handmade. Items are made from sustainable cotton fabric (unless otherwise noted) and toys are stuffed with certified organic catnip grown in the USA.

If necessary, cat collars may be spot cleaned with water and mild detergent or washed on the top rack of a dishwasher. For best results, temporarily remove decorative charms and bells to prevent damage to them or your machine.

Jake & Micah accepts the following forms of payment:
For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. We accept all credit cards directly or you can pay using Paypal. You don't need to have an account with Paypal to make credit card payments. Upon check out you will be taken to Paypal's secure page where you will fill out your details and can make a payment without registering. You can also login to your account and use your PayPal balance or a funds transfer from your bank account if you choose. Sorry, we do not accept checks or money orders at this time.

An 9.75% sales tax will be added to all orders shipped within California.
:: shipping information ::
Jake & Micah ships within the US and select international. (Please contact us if you are not listed and would like to place an order.) All orders ship from Los Angeles, California via USPS. Shipping is determined by weight and will automatically be calculated during checkout. Customers have the choice of First Class or Priority Mail shipping. International buyers are responsible for any duties and tariffs that may incur. We mail International packages with full customs declaration. We make every effort to ship orders quickly. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days if not sooner.
During the holidays, it may take a little longer for orders to process due to the operation hours of the postal service and holiday delays in mail delivery because of volume or weather conditions. We will send an email to the address you provide when you place an order that includes a link for checking the status at www.usps.com.
Wholesale and special orders require additional time to ship. We will communicate with you directly to advise on an accurate shipping timeframe.

Creating a customer account is completely optional. It is not required to place an order. However we do recommend it as creating a customer account means you will be able to keep track of your current and past orders. You will also receive a faster checkout on return visits as your billing and shipping information will be saved on file.

A wishlist is an easy way to keep track of your favorite Jake & Micah items. New users will need to register with a name and email address in order to utilize this feature. Once completed, adding items is easy. Just click on the 'add to wishlist' button located on each product page. Wishlists also double as gift registries and can be easily shared with family and friends. Just email your wishlist to them, or they can look up your wishlist by entering your name and email address.

We want you to be delighted with your Jake & Micah purchase! If you're less than thrilled, please let us know by emailing us and we'll do our best to fix it. Refunds are possible on products that are returned within14 days in re-sellable condition (unused, original packaging, hang tags attached). Refunds are given in the amount that was paid for the product(s). Any promo codes or coupon discounts that were used for original purchase will not be credited and considered expired if they are no longer valid at time of subsequent purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please contact us prior to returning an item so we can instruct you on how items should be mailed.
