This heat is exhausting.The temperatures our here in Los Angeles have been really hot this weekend. So what’s the perfect way to unwind on a Sunday afternoon? Why cool refreshing Mojitos of course! Luckily for me we have fresh Spearmint growing in the yard (not sure where it came from) but purr-fect for me! I found this Original Bacardi Mojito recipe online and decided to try my hand at making some. So sweet, minty and refreshing you don’t realize how much alcohol they have in them – hehehe. So meowmy did some relaxing while Jake & Micah enjoyed the outdoors a bit. A wonderful end to a hot summer weekend.
